This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with ASA. It provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents to:

- Schedule parent-teacher conferences
- and much more . . . all in one centralized place!

✍🏻 Waiver Required : If your child was invited to participate, please complete the waiver on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. This is needed for them to participate.
⏰ Dismissal Time: Pick-up is at 4:05 p.m. After two late pick-ups across any club or session, we may have to pause your child’s club participation for the rest of the year.
🌟After-School Competitions: To participate in any after-school competition, students must attend the regular school day.
🛑 Please avoid parking on C street during club dismissal time, as it disrupts the car line and causes delays in the dismissal process.
