Here is the Key Information to help you during the fundraiser:

Fundraising Item: STEAM assemblies, shade extension in lunch area, and flex seating in classrooms

This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with ASA. 🚨CIMI Catalina- Rescheduled🚨
|
Dear 5th Grade Families,
We would like to inform you that the CIMI Catalina field trip originally scheduled for 2/14-2/16 was rescheduled due to weather conditions that were expected to impact the safety and enjoyment of the trip.
The new date for the field trip will be May 16-18, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students. Please make note of this new date and continue to have your child prepared for the trip as previously discussed. We will continue to provide updates as needed to help you and your child prepare for the trip.

✍🏻 Waiver Required : If your child was invited to participate, please complete the waiver on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. This is needed for them to participate.
⏰ Dismissal Time: Pick-up is at 4:05 p.m. After two late pick-ups across any club or session, we may have to pause your child’s club participation for the rest of the year.
🌟After-School Competitions: To participate in any after-school competition, students must attend the regular school day.
🛑 Please avoid parking on C street during club dismissal time, as it disrupts the car line and causes delays in the dismissal process.
