From our youngest students to our incredible 8th graders, each of them has shown growth, resilience, and a commitment to learning that inspires us all. Weβre especially excited for our 8th grade class as they prepare for promotion. This milestone is a celebration of their hard work and the bright futures ahead. To attend 7th grade in the 2025β2026 school year, all students are required to have the following immunizations:
- 2 doses of the Chickenpox (Varicella) vaccine

1 dose of the Tdap vaccine (to protect against whooping cough)
Please consult with your childβs healthcare provider as soon as possible to ensure these immunizations are up to date.
You may also request your childβs Digital Vaccine Record as proof of immunization. Visit

ποΈ Each promoting student will receive five (5) guest tickets and a printed invitation. Parents, please sign for and pick up the tickets at the front office.
Important: A ticket is required for admissionβno exceptions. You will not be allowed entry without one.
Each person (including infants) must have a ticket, as every heartbeat counts toward the venue's occupancy limit enforced by the fire marshal.

- Oversized signs or cutouts ("big heads")
- Anything that blocks the view of others

Do you or someone you know work in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) field? We are hosting aΒ Career Expo at STEAM NightΒ onΒ 5/16Β and are looking for professionals to showcase their careers in an engaging, hands-on way!
This is a great opportunity to inspire students and show how STEAM skills are used in the real world. Each presenter will have a booth where they can share about their job and provide a hands-on demonstration or activity related to their work.

As the end of the school year approaches, we are excited to celebrate the achievements of our 8th-grade students and honor their hard work and dedication. One of the highlights of our promotion ceremony is a slideshow featuring photos of our 8th-grade students from their early childhood through their time at ASA.
We would like to request your assistance in collecting four to six (4-6) photos of your child, including one from early childhood (baby pictures), to be included in the slideshow. if you could also provide a brief message to your child to be included in the slideshow. This could be a message of congratulations or encouragement for their future.
Thank you for your help as we celebrate our ASA 8th grade promoting class of 2025! We look forward to seeing your child's photos and honoring their journey.
