- Now through December 31, 2023 During our open enrollment period, submit your online application. There is no cost to apply and the online application is fast and easy.
- On December 31, 2023, the open enrollment window will close. ASA will continue to accept applications, however, any application submitted after this date will be placed on a waiting list and will not be included in ASA’s random public lottery, held in the spring.
- March 2023 – Should the number of applications received during the open enrollment period exceed the number of seats available, a random public lottery will be held from the applications received during the open enrollment period. The lottery will determine which applicants will be offered a seat for the upcoming school year and to establish the waitlist.
- Applying outside of the open enrollment period. If seats are currently available, we accept applications throughout the school year. We keep a waitlist for the next available seats in schools at capacity.

If you already have a SchoolMint account, please login here using your email address as your user name. If you have never created an account, you can create one by clicking on the Admission Link. If you have trouble logging on to SchoolMint please call (909) 465-5405 or email [email protected] and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Only Parents and Legal Guardians may fill out an application for a student.
- You will be required to create an account via SchoolMint (our online application portal).
- Applications must be submitted via SchoolMint using any electronic device with an internet connection.
- A current utility bill must be submitted to determine residential priority.
- Once you create your account and fill out the application you will be able to view the status of your student’s application by logging on anytime.
- Notifications will be submitted via SchoolMint (offers, wait-list numbers, movement on wait-list, etc.).
- When you create your account SchoolMint will give you the option to receive texts and/or emails from ASA. You will also have the option to opt out of texts and/or emails. Please be aware that the majority of communication is done via text and email, if you opt out you run the risk of missing important information.
- If you filled out an application last year for your student(s) you may use your same account number and password.
